Cinnamon Bun Latte Recipe (high protein, sugar free)


This is a fabulous and simple recipe to make a sweet cinnamon bun recipe. This is one of my favorite flavors to make. For a venti size there is only 90 calories and 9 grams of protein. Ingredients: 1-1 1/4 c. skim milk 1/3-1/2 c. boiling water 2 heaping tsp. instant coffee 1 oz. Torani brown sugar cinnamon syrup 2 oz Torani vanilla syrup 1 oz Torani caramel syrup
